Frédéric Desmedt
CEO & Founder
An international athlete and self-made man, Frédéric Desmedt began his career at the Royal Military Academy as an elite international athlete, a role he held for 17 years.
As a business executive in the financial sector—specifically as a broker—he has 10 years of experience as a financial advisor specializing in market investments.
More recently, he served for 12 years as vice president and director at a biotechnology company, where he made a significant contribution to its business development.
Today, as CEO of NVRGIVUP SA—a once-in-a-lifetime experience—it was by facing obstacles and adversity without ever giving up that Frédéric brought this unique and people-centered project to life.
A top-level athlete in the 800m and 1500m. A senior and masters international, he was the 2007 World Masters Champion in the 1500m and the 2012 World Masters silver medalist, the 2012 European Masters Champion in the 800m, and the former Belgian record holder in the M35 category (indoor and outdoor), 3 Military World Games (finalist in the 1500m in 1994), he has earned more than 17 individual national podium finishes (indoor, outdoor) in the Senior category, including 3 Belgian championship titles, and in the Masters category, 4 podium finishes, including 2 individual titles.
Six-time winner of a race unique in the world—a race held in the sea (Foulées du Gois). His career exemplifies rigor, character, performance, longevity, and discipline in his athletic pursuits (1989–2012). Driven by resilience, tenacity, and high standards, he embodies the idea that performance is the result of daily effort, regardless of age. An athlete at heart, he channels this experience into his NVRGIVUP project, sharing it with everyone.
William RUDLOFF
Board Member & COO
As COO of NVRGIVUP and an engineer by training, he oversees operational strategy and ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations. With a diverse background in research and development, quality assurance, and international project management, he coordinates multidisciplinary teams and translates complex challenges into concrete actions.
Recognized for his ability to bring people together and foster a culture of excellence, he drives innovation, rigor, and efficiency within the organization, drawing on a solid foundation of technical and strategic skills developed over the course of a 30-year career.
A top-level athlete, 2023 European Masters champion in the 800m, and French M50 record holder in both indoor and outdoor events, he has earned 15 national podium finishes in the Masters category. His career exemplifies daily consistency in his training—diligent discipline day after day, month after month, season after season—which forms the solid foundation of his progress and allows him to maintain and elevate his level over the years. Driven by resilience and high standards, he embodies the idea that performance is cultivated over a lifetime, that excellence is built year after year—and he is a living example of this.

Fédia Mattarelli
Board Member & Corporate Director
A lawyer by training and a specialist in European affairs and corporate governance, he has been assisting public and private organizations for over fifteen years in structuring their business models, managing complex projects, and ensuring the compliance of their corporate frameworks.
With recognized expertise in strategy, finance, corporate affairs, and modern communications, he lays the organizational, legal, and strategic foundations that enable NVRGIVUP to grow with stability, transparency, and ambition.
His vision: to combine exemplary governance, financial discipline, and authentic storytelling to make NVRGIVUP a premium brand that inspires through its values as much as it delivers through its execution.
Fabienne HULCELLE
Board Member & Director of Communications
After studying communications, she has applied her creative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to numerous events, particularly in the sports sector (automotive and aviation) as well as in politics (press relations and event management in various offices). Driven by a passion for human interaction, she brings openness, authenticity, and curiosity to every assignment entrusted to her. She believes in collaboration and is convinced that every event must be built together to foster greater engagement from each individual in these projects.
Her career path, driven by a love of challenges and success, as well as a desire to please and a commitment to perfection, has had a lasting impact on her.
She put her career on hold for a few years to focus on her family life, but that didn’t stop her from remaining active in numerous projects that promote human values. Building relationships is what drives her.
Her commitment to NVRGIVUP is therefore a natural, logical, and consistent extension of her life’s journey. NVRGIVUP’s values are what drive her every day, and for her, this commitment is of the utmost importance.
Nina STOCKÉ
Board Member & Head of Customer Experience and Media Relations
Active and versatile, she has worked in a variety of fields: fashion, viticulture, track-based motorcycle training, traditional driving instruction, senior care, nutritional wellness, and now in the media as a Customer Experience specialist. Deeply involved in the nonprofit sector, she regularly serves on management boards and volunteers.
A lifelong athlete, she competed in track and field at the national level before turning to running, which she continues to pursue with passion while sharing her experience as a coach.
